    Dr. Mandell, I have severe asthma. I was told that the lack of oxygen affects even my hair and nail growth. The worst part is it’s even more difficult to do any exercises because I feel like a can’t catch my breath and I end up standing close too a fan, breathing deeply. Is there anything different asthma patients can do as far as exercises and food are related. My whole body feels run down. I eat healthily. Please any advise would really help. I can’t even sleep at night

    Anything low-fat is a scam. Rather get plain full fat Greek yogurt and sweeten if you want with stevia, Monkfruit , or erythritol.

    I heard recently not to eat low-fat yogurt. They are bad for you. It’s better to eat the full fat yogurt, without the sugar, just don’t eat too much. So now I’m totally confused. Maybe you shouldn’t eat the stuff at all!

  26. I just bought plain yogurt for a change. 1/2 cup is 10g carb, 5g sugar. It was low compared to fruit yogurt .

    Its the probiotic in the yogurt that’s doing it….so just take a probiotic
    before each meal….(yogurt company probably paid for the study)

    Fat free yogurt tastes like actual sick though, I go for the 5% fat ones, they taste a million times better and come on…..7.5 grams of fat in 1 serving (150 grams), if thats the sort of thing that worries you then you probably need to get out more haha.
