Using different temperatures and different fermentation times is not what gives Greek yogurt its name. Greek yogurt is a PDO product required to be made using the milk of specific sheep and goat breeds only found in Greece.

  39. Hey I love yoghurt cheese. All benefits of yoghurt without needing to eat as much of it.

Then you have tge benefits of the whey.

Whey is a good source of nitrogen when watering your pants

Add probiotics to your pet’s kibble. Most kibble is devoid of probiotics because it was cooked

    Use as a fermentation starter
    Ferment vegetables
    Ferment natural soda
    Ferment sourdough

Drink a bit of the whey for probiotics to better tolerate lactose ie yoghurt or milk. The remaining lactose is in the curds
