E, most fermented/cultured milk based product have little to no residual lactose, so things like cheese and yogurt (especially Greek yogurt because any residual lactose is mostly in the whey) are fine for people with lactose intolerance. I like to mix it with taco seasoning or the ranch powder packets and use it for veggies or tortilla chips 🙃
