Woah, that must have been hard! You should be proud of yourself, that’s not an easy thing to do.
I was overweight and had very bad skin (dry and breakouts) and I was ill all the time, my doctors were like ‘oh well, we can’t do anything. This will pass’, but it didn’t.
It wasn’t until I cut out meat, dairy, eggs, and alcohol that my skin and body felt better. My skin is better now at the age of 31 than it has ever been and I’ve never felt more energized and stronger.
Anyways, my point is, that you are what you eat🥕🍉🥑🍅💚
damn…the puppy…. im so sorry brandon…. I wish you luck from the bottom of my heart <3 keep being strong and get even stronger -your future rival, Koren
If you were going to get covid, it’s good that you got it after you’d been dairy, sugar, and gluten free for a while. That definitely helped your immune system fight it off a virus more effectively! Thanks for sharing your results with the YT world. Your health has everything to do with what’s on your fork!
I think Brandon and the dog would’ve gotten along because the dog had soo much energy like him. Sad that he died. Well, you have to lose something good in your life to get something else good back. And that was crushing the diet. Super big fan you’ve inspired me soo much to push myself like you do. Keep it up!
Bro you need to learn how to cook. It’s easy to make delicious meals without sugar. I’d ditch the no dairy for a little bit of butter but that’s all you really need to make really good food. Why do you think Italians are so naturally so healthy
I hope this video helps inspire you to take on whatever goal you want to achieve next! 🔥Thank you for all of the support I’m extremely grateful! ❤️🙌🏻
Save $30 on your gut health test kit from Ombre Lab: https://tryombre.com/BrandonWilliam | Thanks to Ombre for sponsoring this video!
A clean diet is a good idea, but high sugar intake has more to do with hormone spikes causing inflammation than the gut microbiome. Gut microbiome test kits are popular, and business is booming once they hook you on their "special" probiotic cocktail that can cost $180 per month. But with companies like Ombre avoiding transparency about how they run their tests and choose the "unique" probiotic mixture for consumers, plus their "F" rating from the BBB, it’s hard to believe their claims. The problem is that they can only test your stool, which does not look at the entire gut at once and does not test for every organism in the gut. It’s like a snapshot of one section of the gut with only a fraction of the microbes – without including pathogens, viruses, or fungi. It gives you cartoonish "good" or "bad" bacteria numbers, ignoring that even pathogens like C.diff can live in the gut without causing disease depending on the host environment and the neighboring bacteria. Probiotics can be helpful, but the bottled ones are not proven to be any more effective than dietary sources – like yogurt/kefir. Some doctors will prescribe probiotics, but they’re usually certified above the minimal requirements of the DSHEA, the bottle has an expiration date and tells you what dose is still viable at the expiration date. Don’t give away your time and money on these pointless microbiome kits. I recommend the AAFP article "Which probiotics should I take?" and the MDEdge article "A clinician’s guide to microbiome testing," which both have research cited for further reading.
As i grew older, my body’s ability to process dairy slowed down a lot. I was getting very bloated even as I drank the coffee I drank for years. Cutting down on dairy has made me feel so much better! Seeing this video has also remotivated me, I should also cut down on sugar and gluten too 😂

I also had a lot of acne until around 5 years ago. Shampooing my hair less often and drinking less milk made the biggest difference for me.
