I just eat 3 eggs 1 bowl of yoghurt with vanilla protein powder keeps me very full when I hit the gym like a crazy bastard come back eat as much low carb fat i can and I eat every type of meat alot i was 104kg now iam 99kg took only 2 weeks and I put a good amount of muscle but the love handles looks like they are gonna stay for a while
