I dont know in state even Ive seen what people eat but our cotage cheese has below 5 suger not more, thats why people eat it, The same goes for Carbo in cotage, below 5
Also keep in mind with dairy products, if it says "fat free"…then a significant amount of sugar (or chemical sweetener) has been added to offset the taste.
Dr Berg you are my best advisor, I don’t very eat dairy, once a while I eat Brie no sugar at all no carbohydrates, greens vegetables eggs and red meat for my diet, and I exercise, I feel much better my belly fat is gone
most of that stuff is unknow in Europe, we have those sugary"fruit yoghurts) and evrything elese is sugar free, case closed….the rest is natural carb milk sugar content..l🤷♀️and yes, the fat free or low fat variations are higher in milk sugar, bcs they skimmed off the butter! 🤷♀️the milk fat,,,🤷♀️and cheese is healthier when it,smfermented, so blued cheese or camemebert is far better , for your metabolic rate too🤷♀️but he careful if the funghus used for the cheese is comfortable for you…i live mostly from camemebert and highly blued cheese at home, plus veggies….and that works! and most melting cheeses are highly processed, stay away from chesse with"melting salts"those are mostly phosphates and who wants to eat fertilizer! ?
I eat full fat greek yoghurt with live friendly bacteria – it only contains 4.7g of sugar per 100g, because the bacteria consume lactose…and the bacteria are friendly to your gut.
I suspect Dr Berg makes a mistake when he tells us to not eat Youghurt. He base that on youghurts that are so called "fat free" but contains much added sugar and forgets (or don´t know) that a common Greek/Turkish youghhurt is called "Natural" youghurt. It has 10% fat, no added sugar and only 4,5% natural sugar. So as I understand it Natural youghurt is just fine and perhaps even quite healthy. I have read that this is the common kind in Greece.
It would be nice if Dr Berg looked into this and include it so that people get a broader perspective on youghurt.
Half and half milk is allowed so why all the comments about not being able to drink milk? I hate nut milks I would prefer to be able to enjoy milk. I’m very shocked about the yogurt we eat a lot of yogurt everyday. I’m not doing Keto just low sugar and low carb but it’s good to know so I can make better food choices.
Fage Whole Milk Greek Yogurt is only 5gm for 3/4 C. (not 1/2 C.) 1/2 C. would be 2.5gm of sugar. Q: would that be ok every once in a while or will that little totally shut ketosis down?? (just started this KETO plan about 10 days ago)
When you take the fat out of food you remove flavor and companies have replaced that flavor with sugar thats why I will never understand why diabetics are told to eat fat free foods….
I produce my own Joghurt with 3,5 procent milk..but now I am unsure because this video shows that milk has sugar! I as well can use fresh Goat milk, and make yoghurt out of that…is that allowed?
ERIC 236ml is one US Cup. 😮 A standard can of soda is 330ml. So yes I can have a splash of semi skimmed or whole milk in my morning coffee or afternoon tea. And not worry. Cream tastes shockingly awful in coffee and tea. Have a day off. I’m not making a milkshake
I don’t really care about ketosis. I just want no more sugar than fits easily in my muscle stores, that’s the only reason it could cause high insulin levels trying to push the glucose out of the bloodstream.
Strange i am on keto and still drink tea with milk 2 times a day (as i am tea addicted) and its doesn’t kick me out of keto. I loose weight slowly but thats fine for me😃
the problem with dairy is that people should know from where it comes , most of milk is polluted with heavy metals and other chemicals . Therefore I just eat bit of it, only cheese that we know origins is Grana Padano and Parmigiano Reggiano D.o.C. because they farm the cows in own land of factory production and storing.
I’m curious about the filtered milk that has between 4-6 total carbs per serving
I dont know in state even Ive seen what people eat but our cotage cheese has below 5 suger not more, thats why people eat it, The same goes for Carbo in cotage, below 5

Yoplait has a Yogurt (No Sugar Added version) that is only 3 grams per 8 ounces, so that one is okay. Comes in Cherry flavored also, tastes good.

Straight to the Topic 👍

You can find Greek yoghurt sugar free in the uk
I love plain double cream yoghurt with cinnamon 😋
I heard that the carbs and sugar are actually less than the label because of the fermentation. There’s a lot of mixed information on this.
what is sperm motility and how-to increase naturally
He didn’t mention natural Greek yogurt???
I’ve heard that if you do your yogurt yourself with 24-hour fermentation, most of the lactose is gone. Does anyone know this to be a fact?
What is your opinion on Bulgarian white cheese?

I cut all dairy. I have psoriasis, I don’t like what the issue is, if it’s sugar in dairy but it’s easier to get rid of it. Causes inflammation
