I just went down to the grosery store, and looked up the nutrion fact label of the "DANONE OIKOS GREEK YOGURT" (I’m from Spain), and for 100 grams of yogurt it has 4.1 grams of proteins , and the regular yogurt has about 3 grams of protein per 100 grams….. So what kind of greek yogurt are you talking about ? (you said it has about twice the ammount of proteins)

The regular has TWICE the ammount of carbs …..

Jersey cows milk yogurt, is also an excellent option, much creamier and tastier than mainstream Holstein cows milk products..
