Looks good. Only thing I would not do is the Splenda. It has maltodextrin in it – causes insulin response and is important to eliminate for pre-diabetics or diabetics. Otherwise, thank you for sharing!
don’t you need to freeze it?!? i mean its called "frozen" yogurt. I watched it like 10 times and i didnt hear him say "now you put in it the fridge for ____". SOMEONE PLS EXPLAINNNN
So I have some Greek yogurt that expires Thursday … I think if I may this for two days Iβll use it up. I donβt have any frozen blueberries but I have frozen strawberries/bananas I need to use too … so. Would I do it the same? Have you ever made this with other frozen fruit ?

I’ve been making this for some time now and never realized it was a thing until I saw your video. Now I can give it a name. There’s a couple of things I do differently that you might want to try out. Instead of sugar I use Bonne Maman Strawberry Preserves. It sounds fancy but I buy it at a regular grocery store so it’s not. It’s just good. Also instead of regular frozen blueberries I use Wyman’s Frozen Wild Blueberries. The difference between that and regular frozen blueberries is significant. I’m also able to get Wyman’s at our local grocery store (Giant) so I hope it’s available near you. I completely agree with you about Fage Yogurt. I also use 0% but that’s just a personal preference. It’s the best greek yogurt hands down. Every time I have some I think about how it’s like eating a cloud. So thick and creamy. I love it. I’m glad I stumbled on your video. I’m as enthusiastic about this concoction as you appear to be.
I really cant stand the tangy/sour taste of greek yogurt. Only way i can avoid it is in a shake and even then it kind of ruins the shake. Does this recipe get rid of that tangy/yogurt type taste?
I froze Greek yogurt and sugar-free strawberry jam surprisingly very good add a tad of steviaπ because I’m cool like that. I also make a coffee version that is also great.

Instead of sugar I would use honey in there
