    Waking up : Drink water
    Breakfast : Low in carbs(High in protein)Oats
    1 hour after and 45 between: (Handful Peanut)
    Lunch : Roti(2) and sabji
    Evening snack : Apple
    Dinner : Eat 1 Roti

    Eating dal and roti together is not a good idea???? its opposite, a combination meal of cereals and pulses give you a complete high biological value protein meal, because dal is absent in lysine which is an amino acid whereas, cereals or grains are absent in methonine, if you combine cerals and pulses it gives you all essential amino acids when eaten together

    Hi guys, I have been working out at home, ab exercises, intermittent fasting, planks, pushups, skipping, 5000 walking steps daily, eating clean on caloric deficit (<1500cals), for last 1 month, lost 3kgs but still no major reduction of belly fat (36inch waist) 🙁 [i am 29 years, 76kgs, male] plz help!

    I was at 98 before 5 years than I loose my weight upto 76 kg then i again gain the weight upto 84 now with proper diet and exercise I lost 20 kg within 5 months now am 64 and my height is about 172cm which is considered as normal weight according to my height….

    Egg with/without yolk doesn’t matter… Not much of a difference!(same for chicken)
    Also for brown rice/rice… Not much of a difference! So be scientific and EAT all man
