Eating dal and roti together is not a good idea???? its opposite, a combination meal of cereals and pulses give you a complete high biological value protein meal, because dal is absent in lysine which is an amino acid whereas, cereals or grains are absent in methonine, if you combine cerals and pulses it gives you all essential amino acids when eaten together
Hi guys, I have been working out at home, ab exercises, intermittent fasting, planks, pushups, skipping, 5000 walking steps daily, eating clean on caloric deficit (<1500cals), for last 1 month, lost 3kgs but still no major reduction of belly fat (36inch waist) 🙁 [i am 29 years, 76kgs, male] plz help!
