    Lmao there’s like hundreds of Indian dishes that are purely vegetarian. You could have easily gone to an Indian restaurant or just made it at home. Its extremely easy and tasty.

  25. So in total, that’s 12 serves of veg. In Australia the dietary guidelines suggest 5 serves of veg a day which equates to 35 serves a week. It seems that is another thing America is behind in. 35 – 12 = 23. Americans are being advised to eat 23 less serves of veg.

  29. Hm… what they did doesn’t look tasty at all. ^^° Come on… there are so many ways to make veggies taste really good. There are thousands of food videos on Youtube. ^^° They didn’t even try. (My favorite ways to eat looots veggies: steamed with curry sauce or peanut butter. Quick and simple.)

Mostly people roasted their veggies but it’s much MUCH better if you make it SOUP with many" Seasoning or you may use garlic+salt+pepper for healthier food🤟☺️ if you roast your food it’ll be simple VEry SIMPLE but taste simple either that’s why you guys didn’t like veggies, huh I really highly recommend soup veggies like Asian 😂👏🤣
