    This looks like a systematic version of Atkins. Eating Low carb but minimal processed foods works for weight loss. But a lot of people don’t want to eat this way long term and sometimes revert to bad habits, gaining weight back.

  3. It sounds so tasteless. Plus a lot of people dislike meat. Red meat every day is a bad diet. Just do your intermittent fasting and work out one day yes one day no. Trust me. This is it. Massive weight loss.

    It’s basically a healthy lifetime change, the way anyone should eat: moderate carbs, no added sugar/fat and homemade no processed food. It’s such a shame this type of "diet" is seen as extreme restriction when it really is the healthy way to eat.
