    Okra is the best you is in curry sauces or you eat raw as salad or you steam it garnishes with fried garlic drop a few light soy sauces or cook with turmeric add coconut milk , yummy yummy

  12. How about frozen sliced okra, coated in corn meal (NOT dipped in anything prior), and fried in olive oil? Still ok? Or does the corn meal ruin it? It’s the way my Southern Grandma taught me to cook it, she used vegetable oil so I upgraded to pure organic olive oil. Thoughts?

    1. Tomatoes
    2. Brocolli
    3. Spinach
    4. Eggplant

    You can make okra salad too…How about bitter melon? I know that in Hawaii they eat the fruit and the leaves too.
