    80% plus of the immune system is gut flora.
    Probiotics and enzymes are essential to life. “Not vaccines”
    I make fermented foods and kombucha etc.

    Hello, I have Crohns and I would like to know if you only need raw milk to make Kiefer? As I live in Florida and they don’t sell in the supermarket. Can I make good quality probiotics from with grade pasteurize milk or only raw milk is supposed to be used? Any recommendations or brands? Please let me know and thank you!

  6. Will this work for lymphocytic colitis? I’m worried about sugar, fiber, dairy, histamine? I know I have leaky gut, candida, possible sibo, etc. There’s just so much conflicting information.
