    I love this video so much!!! What is your opinion about supplementation? As a vegan, I have always been concerned about not getting enough nutrients.     Don’t eat plants either. They are also living and its been documented they have feelings. Clothes are made from plants. Go naked. Houses are built with trees. Make a dirt house and don’t walk on the ground you’re killing bugs which are animals which makes you evil. Animals eat animals and fish eat fish. But not you. Or you are evil.     Food questionnaires (epidemiology) are the worst types of study and carry no weight whatsoever. Harvard just came out with a real human trials study that showed 90% + of the 2,000 carnivore participants showed vast improvements in health across the board.

    A friend of the family is an Allergist MD. I asked him if any of his patients are allergic to meat or fowl and he said no, that is almost unheard of. I asked then what are they allergic to and he said, they are allergic to wonderful wholesome plant based goodies like tree pollen, ragweed, mold form leaves, poison ivy, peanuts, citrus fruits, strawberries, high oxalate greens, soy products, wheat gluten, nightshade vegetables, natural bee stings and the list goes on.

    just because most vegans are less likely to smoke and drink alcohol and eat less processed food doesn’t mean that vegan diets are Heather at all the fact that pesco-vegetarians had the lowest hazard ratio for all-cause mortality in the Adventist Health Study 2 despite pollution? I can see the ecological and other ethical problems with eating seafood, but doesn’t epidemiology contradict the claim that a vegan diet is healthier than a pescovegetarian diet? I don’t think I know better, it’s just that I see some contradiction here. Thanks for your reply.
    This study on vegans’ use of saying vegan being Heather than meat-eater has clearly shown the opposite true with the fish-eater this doesn’t mean vegan diets are unhealthy but not optimal as whole food plants based with some fish since this diet provides all the nutrients from plants and B12 DHA and more biologically available vitamins A and D, therefore, non-vegan diets can be slightly Heather than WFPBD
    Not all vegans eat this diet vegans do eat refined carbs also added vegetable oils are and mock meats are not correct to say that vegans are automatically Heather because their diet is vegan

    I’m responding to an animal product consumer:
    Which ”essential nutrients” are you talking about, the ones that are as primarily origin in plants alone to start with and no where else, that animals eat and gather, accumulating vitamines, minerals, oils and fats from again plants?!, and then you murder or let some one else do it for you, stealing their properties and lives, after they have been enslaved and have had a miserable short life, when they are all actually all still babies or just adolescents, is that where you and alike get their ”so called prime nutrients”?!,
    When again, there’s no animals that could ever survive without the existence of plants, that only plants heal, and there’s no animal products that have ever healed anything ?!! it that your ”so intelligent” remark, that you’re ”trying” to ”school” onto someone that’s already a 100% plant-based or vegan already, that is far passed your mental and bodily capabilities to grasp the necessity and even benefits of a 100% plant-based diet, and yet you arrogantly do so, when you have then no idea what you’re doing and saying ?!!
    WE as a human species, are perfectly capable to digest plants, so why the heck doesn’t everyone do that, is because there has been very ignorant, misconceptions and deceiving info coming from the medical and the food industry in the past, and it’s still going on today, that’s why, this old whole misconception and deceiving info is getting all out in the open now, we do best on a full plant-based diet, for the whole planets well-being and ourselves as a human species !!
    What real carnivores do in the wild, that’s their businesses and it needs to be that way in the wild, but not for us humans, at least not anymore, just to narrow down the discussion !!
    And I must add, I’m all for cell cultured meats, as long as they are animal and environmentally safe and friendly.
    I could go on, but I think I made my point, I mean Our Point by being at least 100% plant-based, and even far passed that, by being vegan !!
    #Environmental, human and non-human animal rights, no matter where from in the entire universe, are all one concern !! 🤜🤛🏽⚡💫

    Went vegan years ago for three years… got week. Did the SAD for years…got on to Keto two years ago lost a ton of fat regained my youth. Now carnivore stronger and healthier than ever at 55. Amazing

  24. What is interesting is the American Heart Assoc is funded by the beef industry. Everyone should research the sponsors and funding of ALL organizations (diabetic etc ) before listening to their opinion. For me it is a conflict of interest. Listened to a Podcast only to research that their view on a product was because they were funded /supported by a large food corporation. Biased as heck…. American bribery so to speak.

  45. I REALLY wanted to be vegan forever, but it didn’t work for me. On the contrary, I was so sick. I ate a whole food plant based diet for almost 4 years and despite not having any sugar or processed foods, I was still so sick. 2020-2021 were the worse years of my life. Painful and unexplainable rashes and symptoms that would no go away and no one knew what I had. Needless to say, I hit rock bottom and decided to give carnivore diet a try after hearing a testimony of two sisters who were also vegan and had autoimmune disease and when they switched over to a carnivore diet they went into remission and there eczema disappeared. It was hard to believe, but I took the plunge and I’m glad I did. All my health issues disappeared within a month and I’ve never had skin issues again. I’m now low carb because I do think we should consume fruits/veggies as well. But I’ll never consume grains, legumes or leafy greens. They made me so sick !! 😕
