    For someone who has the staple North Indian diet of having baked unleavened bread (called ‘rotis’ and ‘paranthas’), it is pretty much a way of life where I have to have at least 3-4 of those everyday. So when in this video it is mentioned that we should avoid all flour, is there a way I can maybe pick some specific brands for it or should I strive to stop eating this item completely (I use a mixture of 12-grain flour and the regular kind for which I’m not aware of its primary ingredient)?

    Dr my son had a heart attack at the age of 23 due to post covid complications. They did recanalization of lad. He s fine and still on meds. Pls suggest diet for heart patients 🙏🙏

    Dear Doctor Jamnadas,
    The fact that seed oils are generally unhealthy does apply to all sorts of cold pressed oils as well? I mean here sesame, pumpkin seed, linseed etc… If yes, could you please shortly explain why? (I consume them only cold, uncooked of course)

    In my country they stopped using MSG now they are using yeast extract for those products, is this more or less the same?

  14. I would totally avoid Bacon/Pork as a whole. From a health perspective although it may be a decent protein, thes meat provides a bacterial habitation and definitely would not classify them as the best source of meat. There is a reason why a lto of nation / religion have forbade them.

    Excellent!so easy things, just read a contain on package….thanks for repeating it again again, and again we would need it – we are learning during whole our life.we don’t need much to be healthy and feel really happy, light and energetic.I did month without sugar and sugar replacements,just lots fruits and vegetables,I lost weight easily and felt good and didn’t want to consume sugar and dessert anymore cause fruites are so sweet and high watercontained. my big recommendation – to avoid sugar products/bread

    He’s wrong on his math with the plantains. IT’s 35g of carbs per serving of 170 Calories. Is that to much? Not for most people but if you have sugar issues then it might be.

    Any usefull suggestion for somebody afflicted by "Familial Hypercholesterolemia" like myself? Plus a while ago i was diagnosed a type 2 diabetic, (but somehow i managed to reverse it and i don’t want it back) so my dilemma is, no sugars of any kind, and little or no saturated fats. Apart from thin air, what the hell can i eat without dropping dead?
    I already had an heart attack because of too much cholesterol in my blood, and i don’t want another one which would kill me. Please, help!

    You lost me at MSG. MSG syndrome is NOT real. If MSG syndrome were real, these people would also have a bad reaction to mushrooms, tomatoes, eggs, chicken, broccoli, etc. All of which have naturally-occurring MSG. This video says to eat whole foods (many of which contain MSG), then says to avoid MSG. It’s nonsense. MSG is a naturally-occurring amino acid. "Eat chicken, which has MSG, but don’t eat MSG, because we don’t know if it’s bad for you." Yeah ok. The fear-mongering around MSG is mostly a result of American racism towards the Chinese, who came to the US and used MSG in their food. That history is pretty well documented. I’m glad you’re trying to get people to eat healthier foods, but please stop perpetuating this myth.

  37. Thank you for such vital information. I am nearly 71 and female. I was visiting my brother who is 65 my other brother popped in and they both look 30 years older than me. They have bad health. The male nurse who pops in 4 times a day to give my brother yet another handful of his meds. 38 every day! Both my brothers had just had birthdays, the youngest 61, when I said, lol bro. That makes me neatly 71. The nurse said WHAT? I thought you were the baby of the family! My brothers looked at me and said, good Lord! How come you look so young? My answer food/nutricition. Active life style!!!! I do not wear make up or have any false procedures.

    Hello Doc! I really love your videos I especially loved the big long lecture that you gave on so many different topics. However here I have a specific question about vegetables especially the green leafy vegetables such as kale and broccoli and spinach and so forth… I recently got on the carnivore diet as endorsed by Paul Saladino. much of what you said in your long lecture he says as well in terms of eliminating seed oils processed foods sugar etc. I would like to know what youThink about Dr. Saladino’s perspective on not consuming vegetables but simply keeping it to red meat and fruits??
