    You could lose the same amount in 3 days just by doing the military diet I lost about 13 pounds.

  9. I’ve done raw foods a few times. My only problem is that after day 2 or 3 I have insomnia.

    Thanks for sharing. You would of lost more if you ate twice a day instead of 5 times a day plus cutting the avocado, carrots and corn out. This is literally a ketosis diet geared towards fat burning. But without protein your severely compromising alot of body functions. By adding just 3 eggs could offset this problem. I done something similar on my weight loss journey long ago. Lost over 126 lbs within 6 months. Now I just follow a normal keto diet. In the beginning though just veggies with little protein. The fat will melt off

    I did salads for almost a month before lost 15 pounds I had protein though any beans. I’m going to go back on it again 🙂

    Amazing results, but I wonder what would happen if you tweaked it. a) Much larger portions. b) Tiny bit of protein? Scrambled egg or something.

    I think you should try again and add more variety. Where was the cabbage, broccoli, sweet potatoes, spaghetti squash cauliflower etc.

    I did 2 months vegetarian for weight loss and health. I went from 210 to 185. And in the process I was absolutely shredded!!!!

    Been incorporating veggies in my everyday day diet for about 2 weeks! Ready to take it to the next level with a salad for dinner every night… I get extreme decision fatigue about eating everyday so I’d rather eat the same thing!!! Wish me luck

    The reason why this diet makes you lose so much weight is because of the amount of lost muscle mass on top of the crazy unhealthy calorie deficit, take it from a vegan this diet is not healthy.

    I feel like it would’ve been good if you used spring mix for the lettuce and sautéed and stewed a more variety of vegetables. I was wondering too, was the food seasoned? If not maybe thats why it was un-enjoyable, I’m on the same diet right know and I love it!
