Honestly I subscribed to your channel as soon as I hear you mention giving back during this time. 500 may be a bit much to some but if you are eating fruits and vegetables especially if it organic the prices can add up. Prime example I bought a watermelon for over 8 dollars the a week ago. In addition to the spike in inflation everything is a little bit more expensive… Sending 🕯️ and 💕 to all 💋

It’s possible your allergies are from salycitates, amines, glutamines which are contained in all foods in varying amounts.if one continues to consume foods high in these it gets to a point where the body has an excess build up & can not detoxify fast enough.that plus the fact that your body would have also been cleansing.a few foods that are very high in salycitates are bananas,eggplant, tomatoes,black pepper,paw paw,mango, avocado,strawberries, spinach,oranges & most nuts except cashews that are not as high as the other nuts.but if consuming excessive amounts can have the same effect.these do not always show up on the allergy testing but if consuming the majority of these foods on a regular basis in larger quantities can all cause reactions.
it was not the nuts. Review at your footage.You will see that you consumed too much fruit.Fruit is high in sugar. One fruit a day depending on size or small assortment. SOme berry’s are low glycemic stick to those.Nuts and avocado are great and their fat is required to stop hunger. A handful a day is good. MORE celery and greens ,less squash, peas and low on the grains. Great job keep it up for your health! blessings.
I feel when you go on this diet. You need to eat more. Because your body precess faster. Meat stays in your body for weeks etc. I am going Vegan / plant base. Because, meat 🍖 and milk makes my liver and feet and body swelling etc. But I eat anything outside meat and milk.
I started the diet 3 weeks ago im 27 years old i went from 93kg to 86.9 in 2 weeks. Early in the morning i eat 2 pcs of 3,4 fruits. For lunch i eat a huge ass salad and maybe a little bit of nuts and later in the day if im really hunger i eat one fruit and handful of nuts. I dont know how u gained weight really. Also the alergies your body is not used to the healthy food yet, so eat a little bit and overtime it will get used to it. Nice video.
I did raw vegan for a month and it was the best I’ve felt in my life. I do mostly plant and fish now and haven’t had the will power to do it again, but the more raw fruits and veg in your life the better

I’m on day 3 of 3 an all organic juice cleanse and I have an appointment this afternoon with a local herbalist doctor to help me segue back to health eating effective tomorrow, hence my finding your video! lol!! … As for your “allergy” can I suggest a video for you to watch that may be helpful?? Look up Yahaki , he’s a biochemist and herbalist as well that puts out AMAZING videos on YouTube. According to Yahkai your body is trying to purge itself of a parasite(s), hence being triggered by your cleanse which presents itself as dermatitis. Parasites live in meat and on fruits & veggies that aren’t cleaned properly. This info is on his “herpes, the creepy crawler parasitic” video. I just found it yesterday and it’s sooooooo good. I’m definitely going to do his detox. Anywho lol, just thought I would share!! This healing and health journey has been so interesting and informative. I’ve definitely noticed a difference in my energy levels from day 1. I’ve been waking up on my own around 6:45am each day, in which I would normally sleep until at least around 9am if not later…. thus far and it feels like I have this energy inside that can’t be contained so I understand what you mean when you said you can workout forever lol!! great video. Raw vegan diet is pricey if you are eating organic fruit and veg, which you need to be. Keep up with it though. maybe 80/10/10, I started this journey 9 days ago and feeling great. Still trying to figure out food combining as not all fruits and veg work together in the digestive tract.
I enjoyed your video, I am a long time veg transitioning into raw. I just wanted to share with you some things I have learned by going down the rabbit hole and through personal experience.
One, the was definitely alot of fat from nuts overall, and that definitely will make us gain weight ( been there done that.)
Two, check out food combining, it is common to have a detoxing period where issues you already may have such as the allergies flare up as they are detoxing, but also, certain food combinations will cause issues to get worse as well. It’s very interesting.
I really appreciated you keeping it real, especially showing the things you didn’t like. It happens, a lot, but hardly anyone shows that part. Thanks and good luck!
There’s a lot of deliberate misinformation being spread against veganism and vegetarianism. All the things that humans need for a healthy happy life are readily available from vegetables.
You had me cracking up when you threw that salad in the trash lol!! $500 is less than what i spent eating vegan foods but I think its because you had a lot of nuts and they are pricey. I have a family of 5 and that’s our monthly food budget.
That’s a lot of fruit in a day. I’m not vegan but have cut the processed grains and sugars for a little while. Mostly eating salads, beans, meat, and veggies. I probably eat too many nuts per days in order not to be hungry.
I love about raw is that there’s really no prep you chop it up and you eat it you don’t have to prepare you don’t have to marinate you don’t have to cook it’s just always ready
Just recently, one of the moms at my school, told me that her son has what’s called Oral Allergy Syndrome. He cannot eat certain fresh fruits and veggies because they had the same structure as the pollen/trees he is allergic to. I thought that was wow! He can eat the fruits and veggies but they have to be cook. Everybody’s body processes differently. But, I hope she does not put him back on a meat diet just because he cannot eat certain fruits and veggies.

No that’s not a lot I spend way more being vegan. How ever I’m about to become a raw vegan as I felt the best being raw vegan.

I’ll spend about $400 I eat 2 meals 1000+ calories each, I would eat more calories it seemed like you were eating very small portions .
I prefer raw. However, the price of produce is disheartening. I do a mix of raw and cooked and can keep the price to about $150-$200
Raw today, because of where I live, would be close to what you spent or more to reach my my daily calorie intake. That is for one person only.

Seems to me that eating nothing but raw food all the time is the way to go especially for a clearer acne free skin.
