Great vid! Little piece of advice, be careful going on a just-fruit-and-vegetable diet because some people that actually end doing that diet, winds up gaining a little weight just by not eating meat or food all together including pizza, pasta, etc. Most people, like me, can’t eat just fruit and vegetables because there was a time that I went on a "vegan" diet and it felt like I gained a good 10 pounds and feeling a little horrible just by not eating meat for almost 3 days, personally for myself. Cool vid on top of that! Do you still live in Maryland?
This is beautiful and great to see. We don’t really need much more in our diet outside of fruit and vegetables. I eat like this and am never hungry, tired, weak or sluggish. This kind of eating always does so much for your mindset and thoughts. Great video 🌱

I can only eat fruit and vegetables because of allergys so I don’t feel your pain 😂 but i noticed when I had to swap to fruit and vegetables 3 years ago I was at 255 pounds I’m now at a steady 120 pounds it’s definitely a lot better as a life style I wouldn’t do it temporarily it’s a good way to confuse your body
I do this around my period because it lessens the symptoms. Mostly cooked veggies though, they’re easier to digest and I also include lots of healthy fats so that I get enough calories.
There’s some data suggesting that not eating protein for a couple of days may have similarly beneficial effects to doing a complete fast but it’s not really proven yet.
This is not a long term diet though. Don’t do it for weight loss it is not sustainable.
23/5/22 started to eat only friuts and veg, lemon juice and buttermilk ..14/6/22 (today.)..my weight came down from 95.9kg to 86.3kg..still contunuing ..till 10th july 2022
I’m 5’7 152 lbs and want to be back at my healthy & thin 135 lbs. This will be my new lifestyle though not just for a few weeks. And I hate working out a lot so I’ll just be walking daily with workouts randomly as I feel like it. I’ll give myself cheat days here and there maybe 2 days out of a month. But I’ll update here monthly!!!

How did you manage this like I have such a hard time avoiding eating bread and any carbs. I might do this to challenge myself and try and be on a detox. Because my body definitely needs it.
everything cooked did you do any raw fruits or vegetable I see you did a smoothie that’s raw juiced fruits and vegetables sometimes nuts and seeds I was looking for a raw fruit and vegetable detox cleanse edit: ok I see some raw fruit snacks etc just had to see more of the video!

the word *detox* needs to *detox* away. There is no need for us to "detox" unless your liver is fucked.
Would really have appreciated your benefits other than the few pounds of weight loss like is your mind clear how you sleeping etc

At 8:20 you say you miss chickpeas but I need you to know chickpeas don’t come from chickens. They’re also called garbanzo beans
