Also I get those purple skin white flesh potatoes from asian shops too and they’re called Columbian potatoes, only place I can get purple flesh ones too! Aren’t they high in calories though?? And less nutritious because they’re white flesh? Also regarding sweet potatoes, I’ve found a red skin bright yellow flesh sweet potato called a Jamaican sweet potato very similar to a Japanese sweet potato and it’s really really dense compared to regular sweet potato and tastes like chestnut, would these be higher calorie or are all potato varieties exactly the same?
You could do videos eating only food of a certain colour! Like a red day with bell pepper, lentils or beans, berries, red rice and so on! Or a day of greens/ green food only would be really cool too :))
yesterday i ate 100% legumes. all i ate was chickpeas for lunch. i couldn’t eat anything else because i had some dental surgery rofl.
also purple-skinned white-fleshed sweet potatoes are one of the best things on earth (i hate potatoes that aren’t sweet potatoes). you can buy them in any australian supermarket tho.
*edit* if you want to eat red onion raw, slice it up and soak it in water for a while. then rinse it out. makes it more mild.
Cucumbers and tomatoes are definitely fruits but oh well 😉 I can’t wait to see you do nuts and seeds omg its going to be so high fat! I hope you find some cool creative recipes though 😀

Blue would be interesting,or purple, but nowadays you can add fruit-powder (that’s any color) to everything to make it any color you like so I’d suggest that this shouldn’t count (to make it more of a challenge)
