    Incase anyone’s reading this, add chia seeds in your diet and I guarantee you’ll thank me later, here’s why:
    1.Chia seeds have a HIGH fiber content which are super important in burning fat(like she recommends in the video), about 2-3tbsp a day is all you need.
    2. I recommend you soak them in water overnight and consume in the morning, the mixture can be added with 2tbsp honey and lemon juice. This not only helps you feel full for longer because the seeds expand in water but also find a way to help you stay hydrated because of the water that comes with the seeds( don’t forget to drink water even after drinking the mixture)
    3. Because the chia seeds help you feel full for longer, fasting till it’s dinner time is a great way to keep the fat burning, incase you wanna chew something, just grab a banana or an apple or a carrot and that’s about enough.
    4. Take your time to walk for about 5km everyday and I guarantee you the best results.( jogging works too as it burns 2 and a half more calories than walking)
