I eat all raw food except for meat, fish, poultry and eggs. No bread, processed oils, packaged or processed foods and no milk products. I combination of green smoothies, nuts,seeds, avocados, meats cooked in water (not browned) and unblended fruit for dessert makes a realistic alternative to a strictly raw diet.
Soak your legumes overnight and then sprout them in a jar, rinsing them morning and night for 4 to 5 days – chickpea sprouts are my favourite and make a fabulous raw hummus.
It may take the same time to prep your cooked food as preparing your raw food. I’m considering going raw this was somewhere helpful. I already knew most of the content. Thanks for sharing.

Am 46 years old in 2 years i went from weighing 300pounds down to 151pounds this diet is 🔥🔥🔥..i would wear T shirts size XXL now its XS or XXS depends how its been tailored from scratch..i got loads energy my waistline smaller am 28 inch i only play wit veggies fruits nuys n seeds whilst drinking ONLY water..i Dont do salt sauce olive oil…none of that!!!! My abs showing am lean n cut veins poppin out lige is AMAZING..if you fat or emdomorph body type like me give itva try n you will NEVER look back..am out
Raw vegan cannot be called anti cancerous diet. Cancer is cased by bad emotional vibrations (ex. Long term stress, prolonged deep unhappiness) and poisonous food (meat, processed and cooked food). If the diet is changed cancer can be reversed yes, however if the cancer is caused by emotional disfunction it won’t be enough. Spiritual peace is crucial to life just as good live food.
I love raw foods, however, certain things I want to cook. I make everything from scratch. I make hot soup from scratch. I cook rice and beans, I’m not soaking and sprouting for days. Everything else is raw

Soaking beans overnight will not make them edible raw. Many beans are toxic raw! (lectin poisoning.) If you want to eat beans, you have to soak them overnight and then sprout them for several days. Lentils are your safest bet and easiest to sprout.

Just cook the rice, beans, and tough greens. You don’t have to go all or nothing on this.
