    Oh what a day I remember on 2016 my weight was 231 pounds for some reasons I desided to take over exercising for 4 month until I reached 165 on 2019 but on 2022 I became the same the past even worse which is 268 pound 😭

  45. Lemon water and cutting down when to eat . Taste buds will change and not have anymore cravings. Then try 16:8 intermittent fasting. Also helps to walk at least 30 minutes everyday if you can. Great for mood and brain power. Lost almost 20 pounds in two months started at 250 and its going faster. Also lessens the side effects of birth control. Only go out to eat for family gatherings and not on my own anymore. No desire to.

  46. Lifestyle changes only hurt for 3 0r 4 weeks after that they just become what you do . Kicking drugs , eating right , stopping smoking . After a while we wonder why our once foolish behavior was ever part of our life . Just muscle through that first month or so and you’ll see what I mean .
