  1. My coworker is eats exactly like you used to, the way you described it at the beginning of this video. She’s really difficult to take out, invite over or have lunch with. I have always wondered the cause for this limited style of eating. If you were to analyze it, what would you attributed to? I’m really curious!

  2. Thanks for the tips, I hope I can continuously get better! I dont like any veggies all that much other than carrots/celery (and of course onion) so hopefully I’m just cooking all the others wrong haha. Some are just okay but I dislike most.. i think cutting them smaller will help me!!

You have beautiful eyes by the way!!! 🙂

This is random but it would interesting to see a video of things you used to eat and reasons why you don’t anymore. For people maybe struggling to understand which foods are okay to eat.

    Asparagus and sugar snap peas

    My favorite veggie is broccoli.
I used to despise peas. But I had only tried canned peas, which taste nothing like fresh or frozen. To be able to eat canned peas it had to be blended in to a creamy soup. I now eat pea pods like chips, and frozen peas as pesto, dip, and in soups.

I recently became vegetarian, I now love veggies and fruits. Never can imagine going back to eating meat ever again! #plantpower

I find that frozen stir fry veggies are a bit mushy with the exception of the water chestnut and snap peas.😢

  12. I’ve never seen someone talk about not liking the texture of food before!! That’s what I’ve always disliked about a lot of veg. I’m going to take the tip of cutting them up smaller for sure! 😊

Can you do a video with faux meat recipes? I’ve heard really good reviews about the Gardein faux meat products. Would love to see what ideas you have!

Challenge accepted!! My absolute favorite vegetable is sweet potatoes. The way that I incorporate more vegetables is either in smoothies, adding fresh herbs to dishes, or just adding different vegetables to your favorite dishes like you mentioned as well

Great tips Jordan. We had a couple of veggie wins with our kids in the past. Blended carrots in the pasta sauce went down very well, and we found that ours loved some greens in batter especially if they were allowed to dip the greens in the batter themselves. Think I’ll get more into prepping those veggies, thanks!

  17. I like your tips! My 6 year old son thought they made sense too. He said he loves cucumbers with hummus and carrot sticks too.

  18. Strange food combo that tastes good baby carrots with peanut butter

I have the same problem with eggplant!! Broccoli is my go to vegetable. Also, when I first started eating kale I made a kale pesto and you can hardly taste that its there with all of the other flavors but now love eating it in salads or soups.

  25. Rudiann Wildgoose-Laing says: September 10th, 2022 at 2:21 am

Yep Quinoa texture took me a while to get use too but i dont notice it anymore.

  26. I love your videos!!!!
I’ve always loved fruit and vegetables. My fav as a kid was lima beans. I used to eat tomatoes like apples. Any fruit or vegetable I devour! ❤️❤️

I remember from A&P that excessive heat or pressure denature proteins and enzymes, but, I never thought of that in terms of enzymes I was eating. Really good thought!

  28. this really helped me!!!!! great ideas im suuuuper picky the same way and know i need to eat healthier.. xp thank you!!

  29. Jiselle Christine says: September 10th, 2022 at 2:27 am

thank you omg i related so hard when you said you could eat any vegetable as long as it had soy sauce on it

  30. We usually rotate between green beans, broccoli, or some type of stir fry veggie. I would love this summer, especially with the farmers market opening back up to not be afraid to buy veggies like eggplant, kale, and other in season things, even if it’s just one piece at a time lol. Thanks for the tips!

  34. Marsella D. Fyngold says: September 10th, 2022 at 2:33 am

Fav veg is possibly eggplant or lentils….technically a fruit and a legume so not sure if they count lol ^^""

  35. These are actually really good tips!

  36. Rach Everday says: September 10th, 2022 at 2:34 am

Thanks for sharing, Jordan! I’ve started incorporating a smoothie a day. Pineapple, blueberry, pomegranate juice, some ginger and lil honey with a whole cup of KALE. It masks the kale flavor so well and I’m getting more green!
