I think it would be impossible for me to do keto as I eat cauliflower rice and grated cabbage twice per day, I have a decent sized portion around 500g each serving and according to my food app puts these 2 meals alone at 27 g of carbs each so 54 g of carbs eating so called keto friendly vegetables mmm!

i don’t know why i haven’t made pigs in a blanket yet…my grandmother used to make them all the time. The thought just came to me. She used rice and pork but i’m sure i could substitute cauliflower for the rice.
disappointed I didn’t see any kind of mushroom on this list. I think basic white mushrooms are less than 2g of net carbs per 100g serving. plus they add great flavor especially to beef/venison dishes

I had about 300g (2 cups) of brussel sprouts for lunch today with 3 tbsp of butter. Mmmmm I wish I could stomach avacado, can’t stand the stuff.
