    I think it would be impossible for me to do keto as I eat cauliflower rice and grated cabbage twice per day, I have a decent sized portion around 500g each serving and according to my food app puts these 2 meals alone at 27 g of carbs each so 54 g of carbs eating so called keto friendly vegetables mmm!

    What a pie in the sky analysis. Of these ten, only one of the carb counts cited (kale) is near accurate. All the rest are off, that is, in the sense of being underreported. And some of the margins are substantial. For shame.

    broccoli 6.64 (not 4),

    i don’t know why i haven’t made pigs in a blanket yet…my grandmother used to make them all the time. The thought just came to me. She used rice and pork but i’m sure i could substitute cauliflower for the rice.

  34. disappointed I didn’t see any kind of mushroom on this list. I think basic white mushrooms are less than 2g of net carbs per 100g serving. plus they add great flavor especially to beef/venison dishes
