  14. I recently found having 1 yes ONE maltezer satisfies my craving, easy to eat a whole bag but 1 does same to brain. Last night TV time I thought I could eat crap but wasn’t hungry, I was mentally strong, it wasn’t difficult either and weight was down this morning, my BMR is 1500 calories so not difficult to mess up.

  15. The Rich Buddha says: June 5th, 2022 at 9:15 pm

I like his content but that whiney ass bitch voice is hard to listen to.

  18. Jeff Loy says: June 5th, 2022 at 9:21 pm

Peanut butter has definitely been a big culprit for me. While I’ve never weighed them, I’d wager the PB&J sandwiches I used to make met or exceeded 1,500 calories. Having those a few times a week (usually as a nighttime snack)….yeah…probably goes a long way toward explaining how I ended up 50 pounds overweight.

  19. OBAID ULLAH says: June 5th, 2022 at 9:21 pm

  26. jatbatman says: June 5th, 2022 at 9:29 pm

I only use yogurt for my smoothies. The question I have though:

If yogurt isn’t good, but I absolutely can’t stand Greek yogurt (I have an extreme bitter sensitivity), what do you suggest instead? Basically my smoothies are frozen fruits, sometimes protein powder (depending on my use), water, vanilla yogurt, and some cinnamon.

  27. Galliano Marr says: June 5th, 2022 at 9:31 pm

Why should we pick fat free yoghurt? Isnt healthy fat important?

Last night I was feeling the binge coming on so I chopped up 2 cucumbers, an onion, and 4 tsp of minced garlic + salt pepper and white vinegar. It gives you a full salad bowl packed with flavor for like 150 calories. Salt it up eat as much sodium as you want if it’s gonna keep you away from something else.

  31. Kyle Pajarillo says: June 5th, 2022 at 9:41 pm

stop killing people hits different 😂😂

  32. I always have a fat free Greek Yogurt with Whey or Vegan protein and Collagen mixed with a serving of frozen 4 Berry Blend about 1 hour before bed time. I find the dairy product helps me sleep better at night while having the slow absorption of protein while sleeping.

Depending on what I have done during the day, my body seems to want more food so I will have some popcorn or sometimes just a feww dill pickles to help rid the hunger.

I will eat an all natural peanut butter if I am low on fat intake while planning my meals for the day.

And I chose the wrong parents.

My brother does the night thing deliberately😆 He’s a twig going thru puberty so it’s fine, but he literally turns down food all day and then at 11pm he starts with the cereal and apples and a gallon of milk and yogurt and cheese. 🤷‍♀️ I guess that’s his secret to growing like 6 inches a month lol
