I’m in love with your channel. I was diagnosed last year in June 2020 officially but have been suffering from symptoms since around 2018. I’ve really struggled to lose weight and I’m trying once again. My dietician recommended using Collagen peptides for added protein. Is that an ok alternative to protein powder in these recipes? I use Vital Proteins. Thanks!! ❤️

If you ever listen to Dr esselstin or Dr McGregor. They talk about how eating fat actually causes you to have diabetes.insulin resistance is the beginning of diabetes so shouldn’t we be cutting back on our fats.. fats get caught in your muscle cells so your muscles don’t use insulin like it’s supposed to… I went low-fat vegan for 30 days in my insulin resistance went away.. I was just wondering what your thoughts on that is

Oatmeal is not a gluten free it does contain gluten I was eating it all the time but has stop I replaced it with buckwheat flakes, the name is buckwheat but it doesn’t contain any gluten in,everyone thinking that Oatmeal is gluten free but it is not,10 years experience struggling with this Pcos I have managed it by choosing right food that actually works..thank you love from Malaysia ❤

  46. Go Fit Yourself says: August 5th, 2022 at 8:09 am

No offense, but why recommend carbs at all? It is the only macro that is unnecessary, and it will spike your insulin more than protein. If you refuse to give up carbs, you are just choosing to keep having PCOS.
