How do people lose some much weight in 1 week doing this. I’ve heard of people losing upto 11lbs on the first week. I tried this last year only lost 1lb the first week them put on .5lb in the second.
Currently doing 8am, 12pm shakes 1 healthy meal and if hungry 1-2 fruit snack. Im drinking plenty of water and doing lucy wyndham-read 7 minute. Only eating 1,250-1,300 calories a day.
Weight before I started was 207 lb waiting until tuesday 22 to weight myself again.

There are also meal replacement bars as an alternative to shakes and powders. My favourite is the choc orange. Really filling too and a box of 4 are on special offer at Superdrug currently.
I bought the slim plan powders from Superdrug for £4.99 for 10 yesterday. I only had one but it seemed to fill me up and I found it easy to stick to 1200 cals. I found it helped my sweet tooth.
What flavor was that Slimfast Vitality milkshake, and what did it taste like? I would like to try every Slimfast milkshake to find out how they actually taste.
Im on day 7 on the slim fast and actually eating less than the stated diet. I have 2 shakes with water, I have 100k snack and my lunch is usually 200-250k. It must be the implant I have in my arm, had 3 periods in 1 month, can’t wait for Friday to take this out tbh. Im not giving up even though I have shifted a 1lb.

After all how can we get experience without years of doing this that or the other.
I’ve noticed immediately that people in these videos are making a common big mistake, they are eating a Plate Full of food ……a persons body doesn’t need that amount of food …..of course the body will take if you give it, after all the body is Not going to say ……hey buddy I don’t need any more …..lol
As for the Hunger pains people feel, that is Totally Normal.
It’s your body’s way of telling you it’s Starving, and that is Exactly what it should be doing!
It’s eating a persons Excess Weight, it’s doing Exactly what it should be doing …..,But obviously many of us, Meee included at times 😲 we run for a Snack …..Should we ……No of course bloody Not!
Because if we do, we are defeating what we are trying to do, we end up feeding the body when it should not be fed by us, it should be fed on our Excess Weight we are carrying.
And what happens in turn, Yes we lose weight.
We Have to Dig Deep and push through those hunger pains!
It’s no different from working out in the Gym if ya wanna build muscle Etc, if you left the gym 10 minutes after walking in ……your not going to build the muscle up.
If ya work ya tush off in there, ya will!
And that obviously is where the phrase comes from, No pain No gain!
But surly if you’re having 1400 cals a day you might aswell eat normal in a deficit instead of the shakes ect? If I was to do the shakes I would literally just have those without snacks and 600cal meal

I’m strongly considering doing ADF (Alternate Day Fasting) either ‘full on” or ADF 500 (calories), and I can imagine that shakes might just be a terrific option on those days! Don’t laugh, but I’m also thinking on an ADF 500 day, to just eat sardines in water with 1 added Tbsp. Of olive oil & vinegar, and eggs…if there’s room for a shake, that could be a really great bet! 😂 Keep smashing it young lady! I’m 54 (female) and real all enjoy experimenting with ‘what can work best’ for my consistency. I have about 30 lbs I’d like to whisk off before my daughter’s wedding this July! My three daily snacks are 1 digestive biscuit before breakfast(73kcal), a glass of 250ml orange juice(117kcal approx.) and a SlimFast Choc Caramel bar(99kcal).
That blender shake is huge. I stick to the slim fast shake and maybe 1-2 snacks per day like a bannana, grapes, or nuts. Then by 6 o’clock a small full meal. Mornings are easier without a snack then afternoons for me.
Plus I listen to a hypnotherapy YouTube to stop binge eating ….I really need to lose this weight so am restarting slimfast tomorrow as I’ve fallen off track for few weeks

I didn’t diet at all I just ate less and drank nothing but water and replaced one meal a day. I weighed in today and I dropped 10 lbs in a week.

I do slimfast and calorie counting and it’s working so well for me. I don’t restrict chocolate etc as I am prone to binge eating if I do ..

i think if u add workout to a diet it’s cheating because not everyone works out so its less accurate to how much the diet works just sayying

I’m just going to do Whey protein just add coffee or peanut powder. And a decent meal. Don’t have slimfast where I live.

I drink one shake in the morning time While eating breakfast then I don’t eat anything until 6, eat one or two snacks a day
