Any way you can list more options of snacks? Can anything be substituted for a fueling? I am going on a little trip and more than likely be out and about and cat heat up Mac and cheese!
You are AMAZING. Love your energy and passion. Starting my weight loss journey on Thursday and one of my questions was about snacking on veggies if you were hungry between fuelings, I love the string cheese idea….wont be buying those snacks lol. But if you have an outside protein shake, would you recommend drinking or having a food food type snack?
As someone who is allergic to dairy, do you have any other suggestions? I love the idea of the cheese sticks but they are not worth the allergic symptoms for me. Thanks!
I’m so guilty of this with the popcorn! 😩 it’s so good but this time I’ve had to limit myself. That strawberry bar is the bomb also . I can’t even do myself like that lol 😂. As a coach I still have to control myself with that as well. The cheese stick always saves the day .

Tweeked these in the past i stuck with cheese stick. And i also take time to peel as well. Worked best for me. I am learning until my mindset is cocrete those items do not come into house
Is it ok to eat a cheese stick everyday? I was told to limit my cheese.

I stopped ordering the snacks you so right about the popcorn I was eating 2 bags at a time
So a can of tuna would be a good choice too?

OMG. That’s my experience. I ordered the popcorn and had several bags as one snack. It was painful because popcorn used to be one of my favorites.
