As a keto follower for 21 months now with no sign of stopping I’ve naturally slimmed down most of my meals to just 2 or 3 items. Meat and frozen, mixed or single vegetables comprise most of my dinners. I vary the meat and vegetables and sometimes add a second vegetable in season or two kinds of meat if I have some small leftovers.
Hello. Im a recent subscriber but have 2 autoimmune conditions. So i have to stay away from nightshades. Do you have a recipe book or resource i can refer to, for a keto/ lowcarb lifestyle?

HIGHLY recommend learning to make your own mayo: 2 eggs, 1/2-1 cup avocado oil, dijon mustard and garlic optional.
