    As a keto follower for 21 months now with no sign of stopping I’ve naturally slimmed down most of my meals to just 2 or 3 items. Meat and frozen, mixed or single vegetables comprise most of my dinners. I vary the meat and vegetables and sometimes add a second vegetable in season or two kinds of meat if I have some small leftovers.

    2:12 store bought mayo is synthetic binders, bad fats (veg/soy oil) and SUGAR here’s famous Hellmans (unhealthy not so "real" ingredients) : https://www.fooducate.com/product/Hellmann-s-Real-Mayonnaise/02C9CB58-E10C-11DF-A102-FEFD45A4D471 . HIGHLY recommend learning to make your own mayo: 2 eggs, 1/2-1 cup avocado oil, dijon mustard and garlic optional.
