    I would love to make this for my family, but my husband is allergic to tree nuts🙄😒is there another flour I can use for binding? He can eat cashews and peanuts as they are ground nuts. Thank you

    bananas usually spoil quickly even in the fridge, they go brown if left peeled… wont these energy balls spoil ?

    Just put I butter in a baggie and squeeze it out easily. Plus if you have leftovers it store til you use it.

    I need CRUNCH. Love the granola bars as I hade commercial ones, too many nasties.

    I made the nut bars. They taste amazing but they did not bind well as bars. So now I eat them as nut clusters. I followed the recipe very well I think.

    Tzatziki is generally eaten alone as a side dish. Americans are always dipping stuff in it but in Greece it is a side dish meant to be eaten alone as a digestive for the meal.
