Track liquid copper, cod liver pill one, salmon fish oil one pill, potassium powder mixed with zero suger lemon juice and stevia blend. Why I do this, just listen your video. I think they all are good to me.
It just 5 days ago, I joined one coworker`s retired party. I broke the keto rules. I ate a big part of suger cake, corn chips , suger wipe cream, chili beans, Dunkin` donuts, 9 big beef meat balls, Mellon parts ,blueberries , strawberries and blackberries full suger orange juice.The day before, I crave about fat. So ate one whole quarter of butter.Guess what, my weight from 112 going to 118.9 lb the next day of the retired party. I hate myself did that. So I keep do 2 meals a day ,4 hours window the rest of days until now. I took a 9 hours sleep this Saturday night. This morning my wight go down 113.2 lb.
What would be the time window you could have a snack after a meal without it being inbetween the meals? I mean, is it okay to have a snack 30 minutes after or is it only okay 5 minutes after or right after.
Dr. Berg. Your Keto helped me keep 112.2 lb all these days. I lost 8 pounds.I do 2 meals a day. And I really full my belly each meal, may too much! I am craving to eat each time. And after eat, I feel a little too much full.Well it still work. How I can eat better fit my goal: going to 100 lb or less?
Okay, so we all know Dr. Berg is brilliant and awesome and kind of a genius. Still, this video is hilarious. It took me forever to stop laughing. Talk about thwarted expectation. Am I glad I watched it? Definitely. Why? Because now I know the best keto snack is a green salad with oil and vinegar. That might sound humorous too. But I’ve wondered what the ideal snack is, and I can do salads like this as snacks, and I’d also do one if I couldn’t make it for twenty hours before it was time to eat. So, yeah, I got something out of this besides a whole lot of laughter, which is also good too. Thanks, Doctor.
I’m glad you posted this. I constantly see ppl on IG posting keto snack lists and I feel like it’s horrible information for ppl new to keto who are looking at these posts as things to do. I haven’t had a single snack since starting keto 7 months ago, and I used to snack all day every day. We DO NOT NEED snacks, but a person has to choose to train themselves to not think of it. I had to tell myself “NO” consistently every day for over a month, then it got easier, and now, not even a thought to snack. I’d have never believed that was possible, but keto supports what your body needs, unlike deprivation diets where you crave everything.
Ok yes i agree people, eating oil is not a snack. However, whats wrong with an avocado, a small salad, a chocloate mousse made of avo and cocoa blended up, beef jerky, fat bombs if your into that, etc. Or simply dont snack and eat enough when you have a meal. Snacking is a 1st world modern day commodity that is unnecessary and has become gluttonous. Most of America doesnt need snacks anyways cuz we are over 80% obese now.
Cherry tomatoes, Cucumber, salt and vinaigrette based dressings. If you want to feel full eat it with celery/iceberg/romaine lettuce, it’s primarily water.
We all benefit from getting healthier. Intermittent fasting is the simplest fastest best least expensive way. Has anyone ever heard him say anything to the effect, "Day after day I’m getting healthier being on the Keto diet"?
I started the 18/6 hour fast and in 2 weeks I have lost 11 pounds with no exercise. Now that I am used to the fast, I will start the exercise program walking 3 miles per day and using bands with different weights.
Dr. berg. I plan to do one meal a day now. I ate 2 85% beef burgers , one egg with 4 slices of muenster cheese with 0 suger. A little butter with the egg.Fried 250g mung beans sprouts as all my meal at 4:00pm today. I will do my next meal at 10:00am tomorrow. Try to reach my goal.

Doing Keto means giving up snacking all together pretty much. I’m not complaining though, less money I have to spend.
