Actually, any fruit is not recommended to eat at night. Since fruit is high in sugar, excessive eating of fruits at night can cause weight gain much more easily, you should ideally eat all fruits & vegetables before 6-7pm.
Also guys I have another recommendation for a healthy late night snack is cereal but DO NOT EAT HIGH SUGAR CEREAL, so here are cereals that will comfort your stomach and have a high protein source is corn flakes, granola,raisin bran, and crisper rice. Your welcome 🙏❤️
I dont normally latenight snack, but it usually happens when I think I’ll b fine if I skip dinner & later get hungary bc of it or if I stay up past 10pm

Mainly popcorn crackers with cheese and yoghurt is what I’d go for… what about cereal like wheetabix or porridge
We should not eat yogurt at night cause it’s extremely cold in nature which causes indigestion nd leads to toxin production in our body nd the best time to eat yogurt is before sun set nd at bedtime .
My mom says that if I eat late-night (2~5 AM), I will get appendix

Sunflower seeds especially late night watching a movie def helps! Yes calories but never makes me gain weight n I eat 2 bags lol ranch original n bbq
I don’t know if this is the best thing but I’ll get a spoonful of peanut butter, and that calms my hunger so I can go to bed soon!
Popcorn is my healthy snack and very true about the fact that you can loose weight with no problem🍿🍿🍿🍿🍿🍿

cucumber is number 1. You could eat a truck load and not gain a lb. slice them up, sprinkle salt, pepper, garlic powder. There binge and stay slim

i’ve eaten an apple ever night for the past year bc i’m trying to be “healthier” and now ur just telling me that’s BAD??
So instead eating chocolate 🍫 late at night I eat fruits

Cucumbers and almonds are healthy snacks.
All the stuff he mentioned works. But also, Smart Start cereal or Special K with berries is great!
I ate broccoli at 10 pm and gained a pounds. Stop eating at 8pm will help with weightlost.

Drink warm chai tea with almond milk and honey. It keeps me full.
