    Sometimes a tiny bit of a condiment or peanut butter type Ingredient for flavour makes something you normally would not want to eat like a tuna salad (light mayo) or Greek yogurt (peanut butter or honey)

    Whatever helps with consistency

    Glad you recommend Finn Crisps. I love them and was always wondering if they’re really as healthy as I was hoping them to be. Sometimes I just love some Finn Crisps with low-fat cheese and some slices of cucumber.

    I’m looking for some snacks with coffee. For new ideas coz I love coffee and cake, but this is something I avoid as much as possible. I made cottage cheese with protein powder and milk mixed in mixer and eat it with corn bread. But, after month eating it, I’d like to find some other varieties 😂
