4. "50 calories, 25 calories from fat per serving, 6 servings per container" = 300 calories, 150 from fat
5. what’s wrong with eating a regular apple as a snack? 1 apple = 100 calories (approx). 7 slices of apple with 1 tbsp peanut butter on each slice with 1tbsp = 100 calories = 800 calories. PLUS GRANOLA = another 100 TOTAL: 900 calories
moral of the story: peanut butter is very calorie dense and very high fat, 1/2 cup of cheese is pure cholesterol and isn’t the healthiest snack, you can’t really lose weight from all these high calorie snacks unless your meals are smaller….

-Yogurt and granola
-1/2 frozen banana on an ice cream stick dipped in melted dark chocolate (i know it has many calories but i thought i’d still include it XD)
-Apple slices sprinkled in cinnamon powder, dip them in peanut butter mmmm
-Freeze banana slices with some peanut butter on top of them
That didnt look like cottage cheese…maybe ricotta or sour cream. Wonder if a touch of garlic would be good in the cottage cheese/tomato/cucumber mixture?
Peanut butter is great if you want to go keto and have the full fat.
But most peanut butter has added sugars and is nothing BUT fat. So I wouldn’t call these "low calorie." :/
You gotta make your own peanut butter to make it low calorie unfortunately.

If you want to make it lower calorie, you can use peanut butter powder instead of pre-made peanut butter. By making peanuts into powder it reduces the fat content and calorie content of the peanut butter by about 85%, with one table spoon of peanut butter powder bring about 30 calories.

Take cottage cheese, add some cinammon or cocoa powder, vanilla powder (optional) and stevia and use it instead of peanut butter.
Peanut butter has 200 calories per spoon, it’s impossible that the rice cake is 190 calories
So if you don’t like peanut butter or your allergic then your screwed 🤷🏽♀️
If your trying to diet dont eat peanut butter

Store bought granola is typically high in calories and sugar so I would recommend homemade granola

I’ll tell you instead of using peanut butter you can always use cream cheese sprinkle with a little bit of cinnamon even a tiny bit of sugar
There’s absolutely nothing low calorie here lol. Swap out peanut butter with pb2, and granola…? 18g of sugar? That is far from idea.
