At one point on my life I literally ate NO dessert for over 1 month, I didn’t eat chocolate/grains like bread, cookies, cake etc for a whole month! I’m still shocked at how I did it cus now I eat a whole box of cookies- help…
I’m just here to say that yes, these are excellent dessert ideas if you have a major sweet tooth, like me, and need something sweet daily or every other day, because they are more nutritionally dense, more BENEFICIAL for your BODY you can say, but if you want an actual DESSERT dessert these are NOT what youre looking for. Tell me honestly- are any of these quote unquote ‘healthy’ desserts ever going to come slightly close to a nice proper brownie or a slice of decadent cheesecake? no! so while these might be "healthy" for your body, a brownie is "healthy" for your mental well-being and overall happiness. so yes, have something like this regularly, but have a slice of chocolate cake or some icecream, too, twice a week- the health of your body is very important. but your mind deserves to be healthy too. you deserve to be healthy, and happy, and if cake makes you happy, then its goddamn worth it! life is about eating good food. do ya really wanna be on your deathbed regretting every single time you said no to amazing dessert just because "diet culture" said so? no you don’t, trust me.
Or you can just skip all of these desserts and have water melon it so sweet and so good yet so low in calories a hundred grams only contains 30 calories so if i were you I would watermelon everyday
Toast…fresh squueze juices, glass of cold milk chocolate…for me milk coffee with cain sugar is best dessert. It is important to eat what you like and consider how to make it more healthier. Portion size, and eating rthymh means lot too…no need to ve hungry…ear enough just change what you eat and how…also try to find ways of being active the way you like 15 minutes is better than none… walk library…go biking with your friends…find yoga or dance videos…start going gym or do garden with your husband…active can also be doing other things that sraight exercise what motivate you…make it simple for yourself…playing with kids at park is nice…go to art lessons…even sleeping is healthy…When you improve your sleeping and take time to rest you gain energy for good life changing habbit. And most biggest hint…It takes times dont try to changes everything once…give yourself time weeks, months or years.. It is your wellbeing…no hurry…then if you need pauses that is okay too…we are talking about life no diet you are waiting to stop. Value your life things, people and habbit which dont imorove bring happiness for you cut them down totally or make it less. If you are motivated to go gun 3 times a week that after gun week you can nyt hamburger or slice if cake etc. Do it…If you hate gym and running do something else. Thumbs up for healthier happier life…everyday, from Monday to Friday, weekends and holidays when you have more srength…or 2-3 Times a week…what I am trying to say you dont need to ve fitness guru to look after yourself and your family…
I was shocked when I saw the title of this video. White flour, honey, cream cheese, peanut butter, and banana are diet foods?? Unless you eat 1 or 2 small pieces, it is definitely not a diet recipe.
if you want healthy pancakes you can make this:
1 large or 2 small ripe, fully mashed bananas
1 tbsp of vanilla
half a cup of blended oats
some coconut milk
boom
This is mainly for people who are trying to lose weight who have tons of cravings to sort of have damage control and not eat the most unhealthy version of the foods
