    No close up pics of food. Please use cast iron pans for cooking. Also desi ghee or coconut oil or mustard oil is better in Indian cooking in less quantity.

    All these recipes have very annoying music. Please remove it. It is so distracting I can’t pay attention. It is unresolving music that repeats wihtout ever resolving. That makes people upset.I’m sure that is not your intention. Please be as sensitive to sound as you are to food. Thank you.

    Olive oil is healthy, and it is proven by so many studies . Also allow for geographical and cultural differences , just as coconut oil is used in the east , olive oil is used in the Middle East and in the south Europe.

    I believe peanut, coconut or even sesame oil is better that is coldpressed rather than olive oil when you’re heating it. Olive oil is better for dips or salad dressing.

    It has been said by Hansaji to avoid cooking in non stick utensils in the video related to prevention of cancer. And here helathy snack is supposed to be cooked in non stick pan. please explain

    Make variety of sundals n jst add bit raw onion, carrot , pomegrante seeds, kothamalli leaves ..ur quickest, healthiest evening snacks r ready …(same way, can go for healthy soup too )…if for kids, for toppings add a bit of mixture for crunchiness n more taste…

    I have seen video’s where she has suggested to consume local cold pressed oils and never cook in oven(heat but not cook-strongly recommended), This video says to use Olive oil and use Oven to cook!
