If you want to lose weight, you have to learn to stop snacks. It’s not about calories, it’s insulin.

  11. The problem with a lot of these is it doesn’t consider satiety. You’re not going to get full on chips. You’re going to need to add some kind of zero or low calorie dip to it to fill your stomach up.

There’s no such thing as fat burning foods lmao

Only foods that increase the levels of brown fat, but even then it’s hard to get ahold of those foods at a cheap price

But anyway fat burning foods do not exist lmao

May everyone have a great day❤️🤍💙🤍

Isn’t crystal light an American thing?

  30. Roshmore7 says: July 7th, 2022 at 4:06 pm

Another one could be the Ole Xtreme Fitness Tortillas, high in fiber and protein and you can’t eat more than 3-4 which is only 200 calories with 20 grams protein.

  31. Brian Thomas says: July 7th, 2022 at 4:06 pm

But Crystal Light is made with aspartame which isn’t really all that good for you. What about that?

  32. Sandra Clark says: July 7th, 2022 at 4:06 pm

Would Kool-Aid sweetened with stevia be as good as Crystal Light for making pops?

  33. SimbalacrA says: July 7th, 2022 at 4:13 pm

I live in Israel and I still can’t find the Greek yogurt. I found one with the macros of (per 100 gram): 130 cal, 10 fat, 6 protein. Is this the right one?

  38. Tuna and hot sauce is a common quick lunch for me. Open can, drain water, add hot sauce, eat right out of the can

  39. Roger Huggett Jr. says: July 7th, 2022 at 4:19 pm

Quest bars and Crystal Light have artificial sugars that scare me more than fat. I know the danger of too much weight where the dangers of non-food in my system is an unknown.

  40. I tried the pb2 with Greek yogurt and mio with kale on bread, and the bread. Get this. Whole Grain

  41. Ana Carone says: July 7th, 2022 at 4:21 pm

I found a better alternative to halo top ice cream. It’s a sherbet that is only 70 calories for the whole pint and it’s delicious. I found it in my local grocery store. I forgot the brand name

  42. high protein does NOT lead to fat gain even if it’s 5 times the allowance according to study in 2016 in the Journal of Nutrition and Metabolism. this only happens when you increase your calories too much just to gain protein. ffs dont spout non sense you’re half aware of and do NOT give advice of something you’re uncertain.

  43. Andrea Carlile-Thompson says: July 7th, 2022 at 4:27 pm

I have just one doubt the banana pancakes are 115 kcal per serving but how many grams how that be

  50. I can’t manage without chips, so I’ll try the eggplant and zucchini ones. I’ve seen the quest chips before !! They look really yummy but the price is very dumb.
