Often, when you think you’re hungry, you’re just bored. So nuts in the shells are great. When I gave up smoking and got the urge to pig out while watching movies, I’d eat monkey nuts (That’s uncooked peanuts, in the shells, with the skin still on. I guess they might call them something else in other places.) Shelling them gives your hands something to so, and slows you down, so you have plenty of time to decide you’ce eaten enough. Same with beef jerky if you take the time to really chew it properly and enjoy it. Not sure about the fat loss side of things. My goal was just to not go crazy
