All hard cheeses (including mozzarella cheese) are high in saturated fats.Saturated fat and trans fat clog the arteries to the heart and cause heart attacks.I found out from Dr.Dean Cornish (famous heart doctor) that people shouldn’t eat more than ten grams of saturated fat and or trans fat or they are at an increased risk of having a heart attack.
I do not agree with most of these but here ya go…

While watching this i literally was able to eat rice cakes topped with plain organic yogurt grassfed, plain yogurt with granola topped by blueberries, and oatmeal with sliced bananas topped by blueberries
Stop promoting the wrong information. Who told you peanut butter is a healthy snack ? It’s load with full fat and calories. These are mostly high calorie food, if you wanna lose fat this is not you should look for. Better you search low calorie foods and fit them into your life style by tracking your needed calories.
