Rather than giving measures in cups could you give in grams? Cups are volume which may include a lot of air so it is less precise.

Does it help ‘burn belly fat that’s already there’? Or, helps to ‘STOP packing on more’? I can stop it, but my problem is what’s ALREADY there (for years!!!)

  39. Wangtorio Jackson says: September 7th, 2022 at 2:02 am

Don’t advocate for sodas and soda waters with zero-calorie sweeteners. They are NOT healthy for it. It is a myth that they help weight loss. They confuse your body’s natural insulin regulation and fat storage process by making your body think you are getting calories when you aren’t, and initiating all the natural processes that go along with that anyway even though you aren’t getting calories. Also, very recent studies have shown that zero calorie sweeteners damage your gut microbiome, which causes negative effects both physically and mentally, and some can even contribute to diabetes. Zero calorie sweeteners are NOT the way to go, and it is irresponsible to still be telling people to consume them.

  40. Good video

After all the crap we’ve gone through with this Covid scare, I don’t trust the FDA, CDC, or the WHO. They’ve lied to us all this time about Covid, the vaccine, and medications used to treat Covid.

  44. What do you think about the fact that there’s a LOT of salt in whatever diet we try without sugar? Is there a way around it? I know you’ve talked a little bit about it, but there’s a lot of disease that can come with high salt intake

  45. Don’t drink Diet sodas. The FDA are bought and lying. Use your heads people.

I don’t know who needs to hear this but this is an amazing video and I enjoyed every bit of it and I am also excited to share my investment experience so far this year, I believe it will help a lot of people here that are confused on how to start the year and be productive for the year.

Re: aspartame. Every study that found any correlative risk of cancer I’ve ever seen has been rat studies where they are giving them the body mass equivalent of 5 gallons of pure aspartame a day.

By contrast, numerous studies show people lose 10-15 lbs just from eating less due to the gasses. Those assume you already didn’t consume regular pop already.
If you were drinking regular, most people would lose 10 – 25 lbs I’m about a year from doing nothing else but cut it from their diet.
So combine the two factors and you are potentially losing as much as 40 lbs, which is going to massively reduce the risk of cancer, heart disease, and a litany of other health problems.

You’re fine drinking aspartame. If you’re still worried, get that Stevia pop.
