So basically don’t eat a damn thing… Period ! Lol
Eat what you want just not as much is the best way. Instead of 3 pieces, eat 1.
If you must drink a drink(tea or a juice) , drink one a day and rest water for the day.
Some things you really don’t need like cheese ,sodas
And ice cream you will get over it and find you can cut them easily.
Exercise …….burn calories .

wow… dried fruit & nuts & smoothness really? iam very surprised. i knew bout Vitamin Water & low- fat/sugar items but things that should be better for you, are really not? thats surprising. however, i believe everything in moderation.

I stopped eating processed meat years ago. and I really feel the difference. some food scientists don’t even call it real food.
You want to eat and lose weight? Silly goose, this isn’t a fairytale land.
Portion control is the key to many of these foods. My family laughs at me for weighing all of my food but it’s how I maintain my weight!

Regarding fruit smoothies, that’s true, because you’re consuming too much fruit sugar at once, thus causing an insulin spike, so you’re better off having whole fruits, maybe 2 or 3 for a meal themselves. He didn’t mention that bananas are high in sugar when they are old, and when they’re green, they’re low on sugar and high on carbs.

I eat only one meal a day. I eat anything for one meal a day. A smoothie – Yes! Chocolate bar – Yes! Beefsteak – Yes! Egg Sandwiches – Yes! Salmon and vegetable salad – Yes! Human cadaver meat – Yes! 😱.

Dried fruit…man, I’d been eating dry mangos and even though they’re not sweetened or full of chemicals I really had no idea how many calories I was eating, lol… I just kind of assumed that since it was fruit it had to be good for me… It’s very eye-opening when you really begin to track your calories – I had no idea how many more calories I was consuming than necessary.
So basically don’t eat anything!
