  31. Been having trouble with snacking specifically and it’s hindering my weight loss progress. I work the midnight shift and get hungry midway through and end up eating junk food from the vending machine. I’ve been looking for healthier options. I will be able to rotate these snacks at work and still meet my goals. Thanks for this video! It’s gonna help a lot!

  35. As a man in his mid 40s, who does exercise regularly (weight lifting and HIIT four times a week) with a physical job as an electrician, I can do just fine all day with a decent diet. Greek yogurt and berries for an early breakfast, grilled chicken with broccoli and brown rice for lunch, protein shakes on the go, fruit, etc. comprise my diet during the work day. But my bane is always at the end of the day, after dinner when the sweet tooth kicks in. Some days I can resist. Others, I give in and go on those snack binges. I’m going to try some of these snack ideas to see how they work out for me. Losing fat at my age is a lot harder than when I was a younger man. But I feel great! Just trying to get rid of the spare tire around the waist.

    Greek yoghurt literally cannot be 0g of fat. Its made of dairy, which is suspended fat. Its not high in fat but its not 0g… ๐Ÿคจ

  50. I tried protein shakes (the ones sold ready-to-go in stores) I think they’re way too pricy for me to include it in my diet, I don’t see the diffรฉrence with food and rather eat something solid and cheaper (but better quality tho)…
    Am I wrong?
