My legs are really fat, can you make a video about how can I loose legs fat. I don’t feel comfortable with my two legs. It’s too big and fat, sometimes I wish that I listen to myself not my stomatch.

A tip: if you eat at night, do not consume anything except unsweetened and milk-free herbal teas and/or black unsweetened coffee or regular tea for 16 hours after to allow the body to process it completely and not add it to your butt.

I donβt have any popcorn in my house atm,
I canβt have yogurt because it makes me sick,
My parents donβt want me having weird powder smoothies,
I canβt have milk (lactose intolerant) I canβt have honey either,
I literally ran out of eggs today,
I canβt eat pumpkin seeds either (makes me itch a lot)
My parents donβt want me to eat protein bars,
I canβt eat blueberries either,
I donβt have carrots, and I only eat one type of hummus that we donβt have atm. WHAT NOW D:

But , somethingβs wrong popcorn πΏ is unhealthy . Why? Because the microwave popcorn can give you higher risk of cancer if you eat too much because of the the microwavable paper used.
It contains chemicals that can affect a personsβ body .
Somehow the snack word is misunderstood. Some foods here are really disgusting as snacks. Popcorns are literally cancer food, even with that lemon stuff, and if you have to intake 100 cal of Greek yoghuty, do yourself a favour and have some dark chocolate 65-70% is still sweet and good) or have a fruit bowl (orange and apple would keep you burning fat, so put a tbsp of honey inside)… The snack would be not just "healthy" but satisfying!
