I’m going to start eating better I was doing good, but then holidays came around and messed me up. This video helped me figure out what foods to possible eat. I also have a sweet tooth so it’s hard! But I’m trying to get in shape before I get married!

Super helpful! I’m very much the same way! From gym done by 7am everyday, water, collagen in my coffee! I need your creamer! I use Starbucks almond/coconut milk creamer, i love all the creamer but can drink black. I will follow for your regimen! Super helpful
Right now I don’t really eat any carbs outside of beans and roasted potatoes maybe a few times a month. I follow your shorter workouts 3-4 times a week. I do want to build more muscle so I wiill try these recipes when I do you alls longer workouts. I don’t need to lose any weight, but don’t want to gain either. Just want the strength and muscles. I would love to see videos for people who don’t need to lose weight but want to be strong. My goal is to do a pull up.

Great videos. Love the energy. The only thing I would be VERY careful about preparing meat + veg on the same cutting board. Or, was it fish? Risky.
