    Quarantine classifications dont matters. Its peoples discipline. People must strictly follows health protocols. Thats all that matters. People will die from malnutritions and can easily get infected . No work no money to support their daily needs. Wake up. Wehave to addapt to new environment and move on.

    Relax NCR Plus to GCQ … BUT …place houses, streets and barangays with covid cases under ECQ TOTQL LOCKDOWN. No one allowed to come in or out of the area during the duration of the 10 day lockdown (incubation period). Test all individuals in these areas that are under ECQ Total Lockdown. Remove all infected individuals and move them to isolation facilities. After 10 days (end of incubation period) test again all individuals and again move infected to isolation facilities. Do not allow home isolation. Strictly enforce this localised ECQ Total Lockdown during the ten day period. LGUs must provide provisions to these lockdown areas during the 10 day period.
