I am doing this with cold pressed juice from grocery store and other liquids. I am gonna do this for 3 days and try to lose 5 pounds and i hope i can do this cause i always fail and this why im gonna do it and make the most of it. I can do this.
i did something like that but one juice that helped me tremendously was juice of lemon, ginger, celery and pear. that juice will keep you full and it will help to cut your craving. then soup at night. I am doing some exercise too. i drink a lot water. and it does the work🤗🤗🤗
I am going to start with the extreme because I am used to doing dry fast, I am currently 206 because I eat what my husband grills , cooks, boils, the food is great, but I am going to challenge myself to do the extreme because I want to be at minimum 150 by my Birthday, will someone be my accountability partner. I’m excited to try this on for size. Spent a few minutes this evening prepping veggies and fruit to make smoothies tomorrow morning. I am up for the extreme challenge. Is there a formula to follow to determine what ones intermittent fasting times/window should be?
YALL!! Its only been 3 hours and i went from 239.2 to 236.6😱I did not drink the smoothie in the right order lol I just went ahead and made the PINK PANTHER cause i didnt have the ingredients for the first yet and im about to drink another one now(probably my last until 12pm tomorrow) Now i have already been Intermittent fasting (IF) from 12 pm to 6pm for two to three weeks now so I was pretty much used to that part. I did go and do 3 laps of running and walking each. I came back home and worked on my abs with Chloe Ting. So I give this a thumbs up and she’s right, adding exercise definitely speeds up your weight loss journey!❤️ *EXTREME VERSION*

Literally this juice diet was lit but on day 3 I kinda felt weakness and fatigue but I lost around 3kgs in 3 days
