The one thing that the public at large house to try and work on and maintain is that mental attitude and the knowledge that processed and commercialize foods are essentially poisons a poison doesn’t have to act quickly to kill you in fact poisonous at work so slowly, such as foods are a much more horrible way to go. We must teach our minds to obey what our bodies say, sounds funny but if you think about it that’s what we need to do we have to teach ourselves and learn to endure, and redouble are resolves

Pentagon says less than 1/4 of Americans could even qualify to apply to join military service.. all the rest are too heavy, too sickly, or too old.

  3. 60% of your diet from animal and processed foods is not going to keep the arteries clean. Not sure why any processed food is necessary, and keeping animal food based calories to 5-10% seems reasonable. Ikaria kind of diet. Yum as well.

I seen both documentaries, and they are inspirational for sure.

I only have one question, and that is where’s part 3 & 4 as it’s been 8yrs since part 2.🙂

It’s a shame these days our foods are grown so super quickly they have barely any dense nutrition in them at all. Used to be able to get all you need from plant based foods. Now we still need vitamins and minerals.

No more SAD diet. Yay for Joe, Phil, Terry, and all who are kicking the corporate junk food habit. I’ve been juicing the last few months when I could finally afford a juicer. I was not interested in this thing most of my life. Now, I love it, and feel much better. Lots of energy, and I can’t shut up about it. Best investment I made. You are all my heroes and my inspiration.

Thank you, Joe. I love healed people. I’m trying to get involved in a friend’s or community garden near me. No luck yet, but I’m not letting this thing go. I use McDonald’s and the like as bathroom stops only, and only when other options aren’t there. You go through the side door and miss the whole menu and register thing. It’s like it never happened, except for the smell.

It’s too late to save my teeth, but juicing gets rid of any sense of deprivation I thought I might have. No meds. Got a clean bill of health the other day, and I have more healing to go. I can’t believe I waited this long to do this. Anyway, juice on friends!

I have in trunk of my car, a 12v converted blender, organically grown fruits, distilled water, peel oranges and limes like you would peel an apple, saving the white part of the skin, every morning, I make blend of one orange, half of a lime, few chunks of mango, papaya, pineapple, add half a cup of distilled water, add one tea spoon of pure vitamin C crystals, pulse blend it until puréed, drink immediately, repeat the process 3 more times, for a total of half a gallon, do yoga stretches, for 15 minutes, then make the same blend but change the ingredients to organic berries (blackberries, blueberries, strawberries, raspberries), vitamin C crystals, half a cup of distilled water, make 2 batches, drink immediately, then more yoga stretches, breathing exercises, abdominal muscle stretches, 15 minutes, then 2 batches of melons, watermelon as the last batch, that becomes the chaser for all these and then, a bathroom trip or two, clear the colon and enjoy watching your kidneys clean, bladder output being as clear as water, virtually odorless, clean colon reduces inflammation, I like to detox this way for as long as possible, clearing colon every morning. Then I take fish oil and drizzle high quality olive oil with balsamic vinegar on salads and avocado, chopped garlic, onion, salsa and chips or some light lunch like a vegetarian burrito, romaine lettuce instead of the tortilla. No other water but distilled water, I avoid anything that is cooked or baked using tap water.

I’ve only juice fasted for 3-4 days. I would like to try other kinds of fasting such as water, dry, raw fruit, etc.

  15. Carlos Carion says: July 26th, 2022 at 3:08 am

I got the virus back in 2020 that is the original coronavirus I fasted for 30 days with very little water for 20 of those days and when I was examined by a doctor I told him I have it and he told me that he thought that fasting was what probably save my life from the virus I have a faster and a vegan for most of my life and I’m very glad that I’m here to be able to say this to you, Good luck to all of you and don’t forget without you, your world does not exist

  16. Taste is everything to me. Thick green juice doesn’t visually appeal to me, but I’m willing to give it 1 sip, + only 1 sip.

My favorite vegetable is Beef. I’m 6’2 and went from 455 down to 250 on keto as still loosing. Fixed diabetes, high blood pressure and stopped all 12 medications that doctors had me on. As well my labs are stellar. Cardiologist was amazed.

I was an avid juicer in the 90’s. It kept me fit & mentally sharp raising 4 sons. I told my friend about it, shared my recipe. She bought the ingredients, came over & I juiced her items for her.
She was in excited about it.

That’s how we all should be; helpers one to another. Daily look for opportunities to lift someone socially, economically, spiritually physically, ï. If everyone had the mindset to uplift, there would be less evil, in my opinion. #WellDone

Great video / documentary here!! I can’t imagine it hasn’t been asked a million times already here, but what JUICER do you recommend/ suggest? ( Not the most expensive one, but best for a reasonable amount of $$? ) Appreciate any help here!

What’s the difference between making a green smoothie vs. juicing? Wouldn’t you get more vitamins from a smoothie?

  26. Ricky Irish says: July 26th, 2022 at 3:22 am

I am SO proud of Phil because, well frankly, he didn’t have to come back to be a part of the sequel to the movie. He could’ve just walked away and nobody would’ve been the wiser! He’s a good man to step up and take ownership for his journey. That really inspires me. Goon on ya, mate!

Intermittent fasting does the same thing, doesn’t cost anything, and doesn’t take up anytime. I’ve lost 50 lbs in 6 months with IF and cutting out sugar, carbs, and processed foods.

You don’t need other people to make you happy. Embrace being alone and accept it. This is your journey and yours alone. Let your higher power guide and support you. Let him be your strength. Your rock. Self discipline is the bridge between your goals and accomplishments. NEVER give up ! It’s great to be in a relationship if it works and makes you happy. But don’t let that be your main focus. Your health must come first if we want to be in a healthy relationship. Hang in there.

  44. Cam Whitman says: July 26th, 2022 at 3:46 am

Hard watching this movie as there’s so much naivety and ignorance about the conclusions made for eating a plant-based diet. It’s a starvation fast, so of course you will reverse your biomarkers. You could do the same on a water fast. There’s actually zero bioavailable nutrition in plants by themselves. The equation is simple; if you’re not eating any animal foods, you’re fasting. Only animal foods nourish the body. Plant foods only detract from the bioavailability of those animal foods when combined in the same meal. Carbohydrates only provide energy to cells through glucose…they don’t nourish the body, only animal foods can do that. Carbohydrates cause lipogenesis in the liver which are unhealthy saturated fats and cholesterol. Saturated fats and cholesterol acquired through dietary sources of animal foods are clean and the body processes them differently. Dietary saturated fats from animal sources don’t make you fat. Not even protein makes you fat. Only carbs make you fat while causing lipogenesis from the liver as well as releasing free fatty acids from the blood via lipemia after a high carb meal. So you can nourish the body on animal foods alone, and this is the healthiest diet, because your body only uses what it needs and the body becomes satiated when it’s had enough calories and you stop eating. Animal foods + carbs leads to overfeeding of the body, which is very unhealthy. Also animal foods + starch causes overeating because the plants digest differently and incompletely, so they actually interfere with the digestion of animal foods in the small intestine and limit the body’s ability to absorb all of the nutrients from those animal foods. Also fructose is awful for the liver and fruits should be treated like candy bars because they will make you fat if consumed with a nourished diet containing animal foods. So why don’t people gain weight on a fruit diet/cleanse…? It’s and underfed fasting. Remember there’s no real nutrition in plant foods. Fructose should be avoided. The healthiest diet is a animal-based diet. That can also be supplemented with periodic fasting.

  45. How is he still 250lbs though? How can you stay that weight on a plant based diet? I don’t understand.

  49. HermannTheGreat says: July 26th, 2022 at 3:48 am

Don’t juice, you’ll regain your fat fast and you get none of the benefits of fiber. Go on a starch based diet, Dr. Mcdougall diet, it’s the most natural and healthy way to eat and has been for centuries.
