I just got a juicer, but when I juiced kale it took like two bunches to make 8 oz if that of juice. is that normal? I didn’t do enough research -.-. What kind of juicer do you have?

4-5 Carrots
1/2 of 1 large beet
Small handful of watercress
3 Apples (red delicious or pink lady)
Half of 1 pineapple
3-4 stalks celery
1 cucumber
1 lemon
In slow juicer juice 4-5 carrots, 1/2 large red beet, handful of fresh watercress, 3 red or pink lady apples, 1/2 pineapple, 3-4 stalks of celery, 1 cucumber and juice of 1 lemon.

Her face didnt say delicious if u look when she 1st sips. Looks like she was gonna vomit. You can see when it hits the back of her throat. Then u dont see when she takes 2nd sip. Bet it tastes better after sweeter fruits in it.
Looks great and this is one thing i love about juicing or making smoothies I can add more or less but I love your recipe. Great idea. Thank you so much for all your help to getting more healthy. Love the background music.

I was waiting for a smoothie drink that had watercress and l finally found one .
I will try this for 2 weeks and see if I feel better. All those ingredients are good for you anyways so…cant hurt.
