Protein powder?, I am not sure
I use mango nectar or pineapple juice as a base. If I do use water, I use a little more fruit, add a bit of honey or maple syrup. I do mean a bit. I add only one serving or less of Non-fat plain Greek Yogurt. The bulk is entirely celery, broccoli, carrots, spinach, pumpkin, avocado, etc. I often add oatmeal or just oats as well. Instant oats tend to have sugar which sweetens the smoothies as well, which requires less fruit.
Could you please post more paleo , and keto friendly dinner recipes?
