I do mine 1 1/2 cup water, 1/2 cup of kefir (unsweetened) with kale, spinach, celery, cilantro, half an avocado, a banana, blue berries and some mango. You gotta try it! It tastes like ice cream I kid you not! The fruits are frozen. Yummy.

wow, that’s an insane amount — enough for 6 people. I like adding avocado to green drinks because it really tones down some of the green vegetables strong tastes.
My fave green smoothie (for 1 portion): 1/4 frozen banana, 40g any fruit in season, 1 handful spinach, 2 stalks celery, 1/3-1/2 cucumber, slice of peeled ginger root, slice of peeled turmeric root (I peel and slice a bunch every couple of weeks and keep them in the freezer), small handful/bunch of sprouted vegetables (I like broccoli sprouts, but alfalfa, or really any kind works).
My favorite part in the video is from 2:24-2:29.

You can put in the lemon as a whole.
Spinach is master food no doubt but it should be eaten after boiling or cooking because when eaten raw it may cause kidney stones
